The chicken parmigiana is so good here! you get so much food for the price. 100% with the drive. you get 2 cutlets, a ton of spaghetti, and 3 garlic knots. The service is typically pretty good. The waitress we had on the last visit was quick to take our order and get refills. The vibe there is relaxed and definitely gives an east coast vibe.
I wish I would have took pictures of my pizza. I didn't because I ate it it was delicious!!! Service is wonderful. Joe is such a great guy. Quick witty and very good at his job. Ambience is awesome I like coming here. There is sports on the TVs, Cold beers and Great great food. When my wife and I are in this neck of the woods we always stop here for some good pizza and a cold pint. Thank you guys always a pleasure stopping here in getting wonderful food.
When we get a craving for a NY style pizza, there is simply no one who does it better than NYPD. We enjoy many different styles of pizza, but we haven't found anyone that does this traditional style better than them. It's great pizza, no more words needed.
Good service, tasted good. Met with friends and we had our own private booth away from the other customers. The pizza got cooled off quicker where we were sitting because of the air conditioning being on for the employees working.
I have been here many times and everyone is so fabulous and they are so busy. They never have a break. They are constantly busy. They're always cleaning on top of people coming in and out. Their food is fabulous. I love their pizza. I always get Moscato with my pizza And garlic knots and their salads are excellent. They're very social and friendly outgoing even the manager he's something else is great. He has a great sense of humor like Joey and they are so kind and accommodating.. the atmosphere is great. They have nice lighting inside. They have outside seating great music. They have sports TV and they will change the station if you want to whatever sports you like. It's always been clean. The ambience has always been very happy the customers and especially the workers there and I am glad that I am a customer there for years and I will keep coming back. Joey has worked at NYPD for 11 years, knows everything literally!!!! The manager is awesome and kind. Once again, even their pizza is worth it by itself come see them.
One of my favorite pizza spots in Phoenix! Whether you sit in or get it delivered, service is always great! Brooklyn family pizza with pepperoni and fresh basil is always the go to! True New York style pizza and doesn't get much better for me!
I love their different styles of pizza. The salads are good too. Love the Ranch dressing. I buy it by the bottle. Lol !! Their service fast and efficient. The ambiance is amazing. Boasting with their Italian food.
NYPD Pizza 2580 W Chandler Blvd Chandler, AZ June 18,2024 Food: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Portion size: 5/5 Visit: Stopped for Pizza for Dinner, placed pickup on way home from work. Lunch: Ordered one personal BBQ, bacon, pineapple pizza and six bone-in wings. Service: Take-Out, Service was great and food was prepared correctly and under 15 minutes, service was fast the pizza was amazing the quality is second to no one. Lunch special "one slice, one drink" only cost $22 great deal for amount of food I got for myself.
Been here a few more times on the weekends and service at the tables has been improved over the years. Food has been consistently good. Ambiance hasn't changed and is still about what you'd expect from a NY themed pizza place. I'm still not sure what exactly the "NY Water" is that they use - I suspect it's just marketing. Only recommendation I have is to stop with sesame seeds (it's becoming a more common allergen and should be called out on the menu) and up the garlic on the garlic knots. No such thing as too much garlic.
